I recently used the All Balls Front Fork Rebuild Kit for a full front fork service on my 2003 Honda CBR 600F4i. I recently used the All Balls Front Fork Rebuild Kit for a full front fork service on my 2003 Honda CBR 600F4i. The kit includes everything you need—fork tube bushing, slider bushing, copper washers for the fork socket bolt, O-ring for the fork bolt, and stopper ring. I compared all the parts to the OE components, and the measurements were identical. I did run into a bit of difficulty installing the slider bushing, as it was a tight fit, but after heating the fork slider, it seated perfectly. After 300 km, there have been no issues—she rides like a dream! The forks feel like new again, and the bike is confidence-inspiring on the road. I’d definitely use this kit again for a full service.
