Üldine kirjeldus
- Rullid on valmistatud laagriterasest (JIS SUJ-2/SAE 52100/DIN 100 Cr6) ning need on kuumtöödeldud ja täppislihvitud raadiuse läbimõõdu kõrvalekallete suhtes; kõvadus on HV700-860 (HRC60-66).
- Kõik toorained on pärit otse Jaapanist.
- Kõrge puhtusastmega kroom-molübdeenisulamkiudterasest (JIS SCM415), mis on läbinud süsiniknitriidimise.
- Kõvaduse spetsifikatsioon on tasemel HV500 ~ HV600; see vastab alati kiirete mootorite rakenduste nõuetele.
- Temperatuuritöötlus ja lihvimine täpsete tolerantsidega, et vähendada temperatuuri ja pikendada kasutusiga.
